Shipping Cost Rules We provide completely free standard worldwide shipping for every order, no minimum spend required. No shipping fees will be added at checkout for all orders.

Order Processing Time All confirmed orders will be processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after successful payment. Orders placed on weekends or official holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Orders shipped to the United States are fulfilled from our US domestic warehouse or overseas warehouse to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

Tax & Customs Statement All applicable VAT, customs duties, and import taxes are already included in the product prices displayed on our website. No additional fees or taxes will be charged upon delivery for customers worldwide.

Order Shipment Tracking Once your package leaves our warehouse, a valid tracking number and tracking link will be automatically sent to your registered email address. You can check your shipment status online at any time.

Lost or Missing Package Policy If your package is lost in transit or marked as delivered without receipt, we will initiate a full carrier investigation. Based on the final result from the shipping company, we offer free reshipment or full refund at our discretion to protect customer rights.

Return & Delivery After-Sales Terms We provide a 30-day hassle-free return policy starting from the delivery date. For returns initiated due to personal preference or change of mind, all return shipping fees shall be borne by the customer. Returns caused by our errors including defective, wrong or missing goods will be covered by our store. Returned items must remain unused, intact, unmodified, and kept in original packaging to pass inspection. For damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items, customers may submit photos within 7 days after delivery. We provide free replacement or full refund, and damaged item return may not be required.

Order Cancellation Rules Full order cancellation with a complete refund is available within 12 hours after payment confirmation. Orders cannot be canceled after 12 hours once the inventory picking and packaging process has started.
